Live on the water! Someone to help with cleaning, laundry, live in for sale in Austin, Texas

Need somebody sweet and liking to assist with cleaning and laundry in exchange for really cheap lease! Have own room and restroom, no other bedrooms on that floor. Hard wood floors, only carpet upstairs. Must be great with kids and animals. NO BABYSITTING! Except the Times I take a trip will certainly have to drop off & & get 11 year old from school throughout the street. (This is negotiable, we have great deals of friends to help, and there's always the bus) Usually tackled 5 days at a time. THE VILLAS ON TRAVIS are a Prestigious gated neighborhood on lake Travis, condominium, 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, tennis + sport court, fitness with lake view, tram to water, 5 watercraft day dock, big sun deck! Great sunset view, next door to IGUANA GRILL. All costs are consisted of, cable, internet, electric, water, etc! Rent for that room is $900/month, only $500/month with cleaning and laundry responsibilities. Looking for someone mature, respectful, fun, sweet, simple going, excellent with little animals and 11 year old youngster. Not a nanny position. Will only require to drop off & & get the kid from school when I'm out of town, usually 3-5 days at a time. Should be drug/smoke free. Cleaning is easy, we clean our own spaces and restrooms upstairs. No cooking needed. You will have plenty of time for your very own life and full time job!
