Accounts Payable Clerk (South Austin) in Austin, Texas For Sale

Responsible for processing of invoices in the accounts payable department on a daily basis. Must be detailed oriented and extremely accurate. Able to follow specific directions, must have computer skills and data entry experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
This is an entry level position
Processing of weekly invoices
Scanning invoices
Open and sort mail
Reconcile vendor statements
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent written communication skills/email
Excellent interpersonal skills
Mathematical aptitude
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual must be self- starter and possess the ability to organize and schedule work to successfully obtain required deadlines.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Entry level position. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Basic computer knowledge required.
