Flavio Domestic Shorthair Adult Male in Austin, Texas

My story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. The Old Man Around TownFlavio was a feral male cat abandoned in the wilder parts of Georgetown who had a look almost as distinctive as actor Jack Elam: one eye seemed a bit off somehow. When he was caught and neutered, the vets determined that he simply has a benign vesicle under his left eye that was harmless and didn’t affect his sight. He made the transition from a feral cat relying on himself for his next meal, to relying on his loving fosters to provide for him. Flavio is quite laid back and wants to be at peace with the world. There’s no hint of his prior life, which he left behind for the domestic scene. He’s always a bit tentative with new humans, but once he realizes you’re a good guy, the friendship will slowly take hold. Flavio bunks with Mr. Manx – the two males got along well with each other, and usually sleep together (two of the photos show Flavio and Mr. Manx together). Any adopters interested in getting a two-fer with these unique cats should read up on Mr. Manx as well. A furever home is more important than keeping them together, but a furever home with room for two will have a hard time finding a more awesome pair of beautiful males. A free six-foot-tall cat tree is available to Flavio's new furever family.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Flavio, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
